What is a police clearance certificate and what it’s proceeded for? In Ukraine this document is issued by Department of Information Technologies in Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In Kyiv police clearance certificates are issued by Main Directorate of MIA in Kyiv or in MIA of Ukraine.
